The M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace is a major project to improve connectivity and traffic flow between Sydney and Brisbane. Spanning 15kms, it will remove five sets of traffic lights, cutting travel time by about nine minutes during peak periods. Key features include a 2.6km viaduct over the Hunter River, new bridge crossings, and an overpass.
The NSW Government is investing $330 million to deliver the new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital. Multiplex is building the new hospital which features an Emergency Department, an eight bed Intensive Care Unit/Close Observation Unit, increased access to chemotherapy treatments and renal dialysis and the first paediatric department in the region and a contemporary maternity unit, supporting high-quality, patient-centred care. It will also include surgical and operating theatres, a day stay surgical unit, expanded medical imaging with MRI services, ambulatory care for community and outpatient services, mental health beds and enhanced education and training facilities.
